Where in atlanta can I get a free STD and HIV test?

I just want to make sure I'm not going to sufer bad consequences because I trusted someone who was very untrust worthy and irresposible. My mom and other people older than me (i'm 22) keeps telling me that i can get a free STD and HIV test but I went to Southside hospital and they were going to charge me $200. I can't afford steep prices but I cant afford to not know either.
