Raleigh, Charlotte, or Atlanta?

I might be going to Clemson University if I don't get into one of my top choice universities, and I realize that most job offers will be coming from these three cities, since Clemson is basically in between all of them. Which one is nicest in terms of culture, scenery, diversity, and acceptance of gays?
