What is the difference between the Seahawks and Packers?

Both of these teams got lucky and caught a better team on a bad week. Also both teams also thought (or still do think) that they can beat the Bears. You can say that the Packers are a good team based on thier game against Atlanta, but if you do you also need to believe that the Seahawks could beat the Packers.
