Which hotel would be better ?

I can't decipher the links you posted, but nonetheless.... what I generally do before deciding upon a hotel is read current client reviews. If there's an isolated complaint, I generally ignore it, but if guests consistently say the hotel is dirty, noisy, etc., I'd look elsewhere even if the price is right. I think TripAdvisor among other sites, lists reviews. (FYI, if you're a member of AAA, AARP or military -- even retired -- you can generally reap the best rate by booking directly on the hotel's site. Otherwise, hotels.com, expedia or one of the other discounters is the way to go.)
