How to get noticed on youtube?

i just uploaded my cover of "Just a Dream" by Nelly, but how do i set up the title/discription/tags to make my video shown when I search on the Youtube toolbar "Just a Dream" or "Just a dream Cover" ??? because i want it to have a decent amount of views THX
