Heat hawks game blacked out?

I turned on NBA TV to watch the heat and hawks game and its being blacked out in my my area. Why the hell is that happening. I live in Nashville Tennessee how do i have anything to do with Atlanta or Miami? is this happening to other people? ive watched nba for about 6 years and this has never happened to me.
