Can you finance a car that's under 10k at 18 years old?

Pk heres the plan. I will be 18 in exactly 2 weeks. I have a steady job so far. I reside in Atlanta and i have googled many cars at major delaerships. majority of them are about 5000 dollars for the car. I really just wanna know can i fincae a car for around 5000. my mother has bad credit. dont tell me to save up in buy a car, id rather fincance it
