Atlanta Healthcare Providers (Doctor's office) using e-MDs Solutions Series?

are there any office managers or billing and coding speacialist in the metro Atlanta, Marietta, Kennesaw area using e-MDs Solution Series electronic medical records?? my office manager is in need of someone to assist her with billing and filing claims, the virtual online or consultations/technical support is not helping and all claims are being rejected and denied is there anyone that can help us that is using this software to assist her in any way?? Thank you..need help ASAP!!!
