How long would it take the irs to decertify me in their systems so i can file taxes?

Before anyone decides to say i cant do it i can i even researched it before....i set up a payment agreement with my loan company and made a voluntary payment HE TOLD ME HE ELECTRONICALLY NOTIFIED IRS TO FECERTIFY me...how long woll it take them to do it....and yeah its not irs on charge of offset its actaully the companies it self so they can. Decide to offset decertify anyone at anytime not irs
