Honestly what do the Cavs need to do to build a championship team in 5 years?

They got some good building blocks and will get a high draft pick. I see them picking up a point guard to go with J.J. Hickson. He is basically their future right now, they have enough cap room to sign some free agents and make a solid team again. They're a few years away, but they still got life.
